Goshen

Goshen, located midway between Milford and Blanchester, is a community in transition. With over 13,000 residents living in the gently rolling hills of this unincorporated area, the village is gradually shifting from its rural roots to a more suburban landscape. The construction of new residential and retail developments is picking up pace, especially as Goshen is situated near the I-275 beltway, which encircles Cincinnati’s northern suburbs.

Founded in 1799 by German and English settlers who migrated westward along the Ohio River following the American Revolutionary War, Goshen retains much of its historic charm while embracing the changes brought by suburban growth. The community’s evolution reflects both its rich history and its future as a growing, accessible part of the Cincinnati metropolitan area.
