Pleasant Ridge
Pleasant Ridge was established in 1795 and incorporated as a Village in 1891. It is approximately ten minutes from Downtown Cincinnati as well as Blue Ash and the business corridor further north. There is quick access to I-71 at the southern border. Quiet streets offer numerous, affordable housing options including Cape Cods, Colonials, Tudors, and newer brick homes. Solid community engagement, support and friendship by active citizens includes block parties, church activities, and neighborhood clubs. A small business district includes unique restaurants, coffee shops and specialty stores. There is a Recreation/Community Center, library, and a new elementary school (Pleasant Ridge Montessori).
