Bridgetown

Bridgetown, situated in Green Township, traces its name back to Bridgeton, New Jersey, from where its early settlers arrived in 1820. Over the years, this community has transformed from serene farmland with rolling fields and lush pastures into a bustling area with a population of about 14,000 residents. Despite the growth, it has managed to preserve its relaxed and welcoming lifestyle.

The area features charming neighborhoods characterized by tree-lined streets and well-constructed homes. Post-World War II marked the beginning of significant residential development, which has continued to flourish. The architecture includes a mix of Cape Cod designs, ranch-style homes, and custom colonials. More recently, modern, contemporary-style constructions have been integrated, complementing the natural terrain and enhancing the community’s aesthetic appeal.
