Nancy was really wonderful in any number of ways. When we started the process, I was uncertain of what I wanted in a condo. She was extremely generous with her time and efforts in trying to show me a variety of properties to help narrow my scope. As things progressed, I felt like she made everything happen without any hassles for me. Each time I had a question, she had answers. If I needed any services, like inspections, etc., she would recommend people and she made all of the arrangements and appointments.

When I found the condo I wanted, she gave me great recommendations about my offer, negotiated strongly on my behalf and gave me extremely valuable advice about my decisions in the process. I really feel like I got a much better deal, just because of Nancy, and I always felt like I had a truly competent person on my side, taking care of my best interests in what can be a rather intimidating purchase process.
