A new Realtor.com® report found that in 2025, the week of April 13–19 “is expected to have the ideal balance of housing market conditions that favor home sellers, more so than any other week in the year.”
So, the time to prepare, clean, and restyle your house is now. Even if you’re not looking to sell, redecorating your home is still a good idea. Sprucing up your space to give it a new, fresh feel can be part of a broader spring cleaning effort.
