Fourth Of July

Believe it or not, the Fourth of July is right around the corner! Parades, fireworks, cookouts and family! Did you know that many historians believe the tradition of fireworks on the 4th was John Adams’, our 2nd president’s, idea? He even wrote about it in one of his many famous letters to his wife, Abigail:

“The day will be the most memorable Epocha, in the history of America. I am apt to believe that it will be celebrated by succeeding generations as the great anniversary festival… It ought to be solemnized with pomp and parade… bonfires and illuminations from one end of this continent to the other, from this day forward forevermore.”

So, how will your family celebrate America’s 241st Independence Day? Without further adieu, we present your complete guide to Fourth of July Celebrations ”“ 2017 edition!
