Median home price: $327K (+5.5% YoY)
Total sold volume: $691M (+5.8% YoY)
Year-to-date sales: 10,281 homes (+3.3% YoY)
Inventory: 2,976 active listings (+34.6% YoY)
“Prices continue to rise while growing inventory is giving buyers more choices,” – DaVan Gassett, REALTOR® Alliance of Greater Cincinnati President.
Homes spent a median of 7 days on the market (slightly longer than last year).
Bottom line: Steady price growth, more homes for sale, and a strong market overall!
