Jody did a great job in helping me find a house that was right for me. We spent several months looking. She was very fast to provide leads on houses as they came on the market, and many times before they even hit the market. She was diligent in examining houses and pointing out potential flaws as well as the positives. She was great about following through as we made the bid, got it accepted, went through the inspection and completed closing. Her contacts were extremely helpful in getting plumbing and window issues fixed. She did a fantastic job and I would highly recommend her to anyone searching for a house.
