Liz is passionate about partnering with people and families to help them find a perfect fit in a home with the perfect neighborhood and community which looks different for each client. Liz takes the time to do a deep dive into learning not just about the home a client is looking for but to understand who they are.

She understands what real estate is and seeks to do her best making sure budgetary concerns, needs, preferences, and individual situation are all taken into account. She is patient yet informative and knowledgeable on every step of the process. Liz most enjoys being an active listener and trusted advisor to an extensive and growing list of repeat and referral clients and friends—“service and relationship” are the cornerstones of her business. 

As a life-long Cincinnatian, the daughter of a respected local Realtor and with 20 years in the industry, Liz has extensive knowledge and vast experience. She treasures the significant and growing list of repeat and referral clients who have become friends. Exceptional service and lasting relationships are the cornerstones of her business. Liz has earned the designation of Sellers Representative Specialist (SRS). However, she aims to have balance in her business by serving both buyers and sellers in a wide range of Greater Cincinnati communities and price ranges. This versatility allows her to be adaptable in her service approach, to be a continual learner and to grow connections with a wider variety of people across the industry and area, which translates to successes for the clients she represents. She and her partner were the recipients of both the Ohio President’s Sales Club Award (an award given to the top 10 percent of Realtors in Ohio) and the Realtor Alliance of Cincinnati Circle of Excellence Award again this past year. Liz has also earned the At Home With Diversity verification Certificate of Achievement. 

Beyond her passion for people and places in real estate, Liz is committed to making the community better for all. She is an ardent supporter of animal rescue, as well as a champion for mental health initiatives. She supports many non profits such as 1N5.org, Cincinnati Lab Rescue, Transform Cincinnati, La Soupe and People Working Cooperatively through donation, fundraising and volunteerism. A percentage of each closed transaction is donated by Liz in honor of her clients, and with extreme gratitude for the ability to do what she loves for a career. Liz’s biggest joy though is being Mom to two boys, a Georgetown Hoya and a Walnut Hills Eagle, and two furry family members.
