If you’ve been thinking about buying a home but the down payment is the only stumbling block, there’s an event this weekend designed to help you!
For a limited time, eligible Buyers may receive $15,000 (yes, you read that right, $15,000!) for down payment assistance for the purchase of a primary, owner-occupied residence in the city of Cincinnati. Homebuyer requirements are detailed here: LIFT Program. Only 235 homebuyers will be accepted – don’t miss your opportunity!
Most recent news is that all scheduled appointments are filled, however walk-ins will be accepted on a first come, first served basis.

Location: Duke Energy Center, Grand Ballroom
525 Elm Street, Cincinnati, OH 45202
Free Parking: Free parking is available at the Duke Energy Convention Center garage at 6th and Plum streets on the north side of the building. You will receive a voucher at the event to use for payment as you exit the garage. If this lot is full, you may also park at the garage on 6th and Elm streets. Parking at any other location cannot be reimbursed.
